New! Integration with Earnestly for Seamless EMD Requests
With this new integration, agents can now request an Earnest Money Deposit from their buyer without ever having to leave SkySlope. This new integration makes managing SkySlope files and meeting deadlines even easier.
After the Deposit Request is sent from SkySlope, the buyer receives a "Payment Request" email. In that email, they click "Pay Now" and they will be redirected to the Payload website where they can enter their account information to submit their Earnest Money Deposit in just a few clicks!
For more information about the Earnestly integration, please visit https://skyslope.com/earnestly-skyslope/ or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Earnestly Admin Settings
Admins and Brokers utilizing the Earnestly Deposit Request tool will now be able to manage processing/escrow accounts and link them to individual offices in SkySlope. This admin page is available on the Admin’s Manage Integrations page (Admin > Integrations > Earnestly > Configure processing accounts).
Pre-Open Escrow Available in CA & WA
Agents will now be asked if they want to Pre-Open Escrow when creating a Listing file in SkySlope. This allows the agent to select a previously used Title/Escrow contact or create a new contact and quickly send an email requesting to pre-open escrow. The email includes the address, seller’s name(s), and any attachments they may want to include (e.g., listing agreement).

SkySlope Forms
Seamless Page Scroll when Filling Forms
Prior to this update, if you were filling more than one form in SkySlope Forms, you would need to manually click from Document 1 to Document 2 to continue filling in the next form. Now, when you've finished filling in Document 1, you can simply keep scrolling and you will automatically be taken to Document 2.
Bolder, Stronger, Better, Darker
By popular request, we have updated the font used when filling forms to be darker and bolder, making the font more visible during the filling process. Now, when you are downloading, printing, copying, auditing, and scanning documents, the text will be much easier to read.
