You're in a rush to submit an offer, trying to accurately prepare a document containing over 500 lines of text. You finally get it sent right as you sit down for dinner. Three minutes later, your phone rings - your client says the wrong offer price is listed on page 2. Have no fear - in just a few clicks, you can correct the error, and get back to your potatoes au gratin. Learn how below!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Note: The envelope must be in Sent or In Progress status to be corrected. To learn more about correcting a Completed envelope, click here.
- Navigate to DigiSign.
- Locate the envelope that you'd like to resend.
- Click on the More button and then select Correct Envelope.
- Next, you will see a window asking you to confirm that you'd like to proceed.
Important: When you correct an In Progress envelope, any signers who have already completed signing this envelope will have to sign again. Only proceed if you are willing to have them sign again.
Click Correct Envelope to proceed with voiding any completed signatures and proceed to correct the envelope. - You will now be able to edit your envelope:
- Documents: Add or remove documents.
- Recipients & Signing Order: Add or remove signers and recipients or change the signing order.
- Document Tagging: On the Document Tagging page, you can proceed to make any necessary changes to the blocks you've placed: add a block, remove a block, change a block's assignee, etc. - Once you've completed making all of the necessary changes, click Send.
- Finally, you can make any necessary changes to the email included with the invitation to sign. Once complete, click Send for Signatures.
