Q: For a pre-transaction....if we have a prospective client, but no property tied to that client how do you suggest inputting that into SkySlope?
A: Once our forms feature is out, that will be a part of our workflow (the pre-transaction files). As of now, you can use the Working Documents area to host those forms. Here is a tutorial on how to use the Working Documents section.
Q: Will we be able to sign digitally with a client at the desk?
A: Forms and DigiSign 3.0 will be mobile friendly so a client will be able to sign from their mobile device in real-time.
Q: Will we be able to add firm-specific forms?
A: Yes, we will work with brokers to add your specific forms to the library in SkySlope Forms.
Q: When will South Carolina be a priority?
A: We are focused on the states presented in the Fireside chat for 2020 and will plan out our next states to roll out during the fall of this year and will re-evaluate South Carolina at that time.
Q: What about California?
A: California is our top priority outside of what we presented during the Fireside chat. We will plan out our next states to roll out during the fall of this year and will provide an update on California at that time.
Q: What about your forms product in Canada? More particularly Toronto?
A: We are actively working with CREA to incorporate Canada and can provide an update on progress during the fall of this year when we plan our next geographies for rollout.
Q: Will DigiSign 3.0 still have the option of doing Date AND Time rather than just Date?
A: Yes, DigiSign 3.0 will have both options - date, as well as date and time.
Q: Any integration with CRM systems?
A: With our new APIs that were released last year, we’re up to partnering with as many CRMs as possible. We currently have integrations with CINC, Chime and working to enable several others. Please reach out to your customer success manager for more information or email cs@skyslope.com.
Q: Once the updated are made to the system in CA will there be the ability to fill in forms in the system (ie. TDS, property questionnaire...)?
A: Yes! Our forms product will allow you to enter into and fill out your forms from within our product.
Q: How about integration with contacts in FlexMLS and/or Buffini Referral Network?
A: We don’t currently have contact integration with those on the roadmap but would love to know more about how you’d expect those integrations to work. Please post this feature request with more details on how you’d expect this to work at https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/community/topics for our product team to review and respond.
Q: We are not in the priority states that you mentioned. Does it mean that states that you did not list, we are not going to be supported for this year? I just want to understand what we can expect.
A: We are focused on the states presented in the Fireside chat for 2020 and will plan out our next states to roll out during the fall of this year. We will be able to provide an update on the timing at that time.
Q: Is it possible to turn off the strikethrough option?
A: We’re currently evaluating this and will have more details in the near future.
Q: Any ability within Forms for agents to create a cover sheet that is not sent with DigiSign but added to file in SkySlope when created? Example: Commission Instructions
A: As part of the brokerage-specific forms you’ll be able to add the Commission Instructions to your library so that the agents can fill it out. Then once Forms is integrated into SkySlope your agents will be able to submit that form to their transaction or listing checklists.
Q: Will there be any changes to how DigiSign 3.0 handles PDF security features from other e-signature programs? Taking a document signed in DocuSign into DigiSign then having to print or download it would sometimes lead to blank spots or black spots.
A: Yes, DigiSign 3.0 will be able to handle secure PDFs from other platforms.
Q: If an agent wants to use zipForms are they still able to use DigiSign?
A: Absolutely, if agents want to use DigiSign and zipForms separately, they certainly can. DigiSign will allow for any PDF documents to be uploaded a signed regardless if they originated in zipForm or SkySlope Forms.
Q: When will DigiSign 3.0 be available?
A: DigiSign 3.0 will be available to SkySlope Forms customers on launch. We’ll have more details about launching in SkySlope DTM in the near future.
Q: Our Office Docs will be fillable like state forms?
A: Yes! Our forms tool can be used to fill out brokerage-specific forms.
Q: Will Forms and DigiSign work on tablets, Android and iPhone phones?
A: Yes, SkySlope Forms and DigiSign will be mobile compatible.
Q: While you might be ready to upload all of the NWMLS forms for us….do you have a system to keep them updated as they are changed, updated or new forms included in the NWMLS forms library?
A: Yes, we will be regularly publishing the updated forms in the SkySlope Forms product. We have a team that will manage updates, changes, and additions.
Q: Can you send Excel spreadsheets in DigiSign 3.0?
A: Currently DigiSign only allows sending of PDF’s. We’re always looking for ways to improve and would love to learn more about this need. Please post this feature request with more details on how you’d expect this to work at https://support.skyslope.com/hc/en-us/community/topics for our product team to review and respond.
Q: On the new system, will the broker be notified before the agent sent out any forms for signatures
A: Our primary goal is to create an amazing Form experience for agents to be able to get their contracts and disclosures filled and signed as easily as possible. Compliance and broker review are extremely important to us and are being considered as part of the roadmap following the initial release.
Q: We would also love to see radio buttons. Could that be an option for 3.0?
A: Yes, in fact, the checkbox group includes the ability to set validation rules just like radio buttons (select only 1). This will be available on launch.
Q: Can a buyer do a checkmark on their end?
A: Yes, we’ll have both options. Where the sender can pre-select check marks, or can indicate that the signer must select. Checkboxes can be set to read-only in situations where you wouldn’t want the signer to change the value.
Q: Are the checkboxes editable after signing in DigiSign?
A: Once an envelope is complete, signers cannot edit any of the information on the documents, including checkboxes.
Q: Can we know what the states after the first 10 he mentioned are? It also sounds like this is going to push back in 2021 until it is fully launched?
A: Once we’re able to launch in Arizona and revise processes our intention is to be able to roll out more quickly across states, but likely some will fall into 2021.
Q: Will DigiSign 3.0 have a preview option before signing or we will be assured it looks as it does on the screen? Currently, doc signer receives does not always match what we saw on our screen when preparing.
A: This is a suggestion we have received a few times and it is on our list for consideration. We’d like to know more about the issues you have been having with DigiSign 2.0 to see if there is anything we can do to resolve them. Please reach out to our Support team at support@skyslope.com to explore this further.
Q: Anything coming to support buyer documents signed before an actual property has been found, such as a Buyer Broker Agreement?
A: You will be able to enter a file name instead of an address if in the early stages of working with a client. Coming soon to forms!
Q: If an agent has already created DigiSign Templates, will they need to recreate them in DigiSign 3.0?
A: We intend to move all customer Templates to DigiSign 3.0 and have them available for use on day one. We’ll have more details about this as we get closer to launch.
Q: Will DigiSign 3.0 have written (wet signature) signature option to use own signature?
A: This is a terrific suggestion. We’ll add this to our list for consideration.
Q: We need more clarification on the Arizona launch date. Our 50 agents have been given multiple dates and all have passed several times. We have lost good agents due to this.
A: We’re in initial pilot testing phases of forms and want to ensure we hit the mark on the initial release. Please touch base with your customer success manager to keep up to date on the latest on beta timing and release dates.
Q: Are there any integrations with Moxiworks?
A: We have an SSO integration with Moxiworks. We have discussed the API integration with them and they are evaluating next steps. Please also express your interest to Moxiworks if you are a current customer and want to see the API integration.
