Today we released an update and bug fix to improve your SkySlope experience. Next week we’ll be releasing another update to help you better log comments on your commission.
Text Changes on Create Transaction Type - Update
We changed the labels and options for the “Type” dropdown on the Create Transaction page to provide additional context.
We heard from agents that these text changes would reduce confusion, especially when dealing with a rental property.
Auditor Access to Agent Documents - Bug Fix
Auditors reported not being able to access agent documents. Auditors that went into an agent profile and clicked on the Documents tab were improperly redirected to the home page.
This bug has been fixed and auditor access to agent documents has been restored.
Additional Commission Information - Update (coming next week)
We renamed Additional Commission Details to Additional Commission Information and introduced a comment log for commission information on transactions.
Prior to this release, only one comment was displayed and a new comment would overwrite any existing comment. We heard from agents and admins that a complete comment log would help reduce discrepancies and ensure the commission is disbursed properly.
