SkySlope Admins and Brokers can store personnel files securely in the Documents section within Manage Agents. In this article, we'll review everything you need to know about managing personnel files in SkySlope.
Accessing Personnel Files
Follow these steps to access an individual user's Personnel Files:
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select Admin.
- Navigate to the Manage Agents page.
- Search for and click on the name of the user whose Personnel File you want to access.
- Once their account details open, click on the Documents tab.
Note: Only the Broker and Admins who have been granted access by the Broker can access the Documents tab.
Controlling Access to Personnel Files (Broker Only) 
The main Broker on the SkySlope account can control which Admin users can access Personnel Files, ensuring that essential company documents are stored safely and securely.
To enable/disable access to Personnel Files:
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select Admin.
- Navigate to the Manage Agents page.
- Search for and click on the name of the user who you want to enable/disable Personnel File access for. This is only available for Admins/Auditors, not Office Managers.
- Towards the bottom of their account details, locate the toggle switch for Access Personnel Files.
- Turn the toggle to on (blue) to enable access or off (grey) to disable access.
Adding Documents to the Personnel File
Only the Broker and Admins who have been granted access by the Broker can access the Documents to upload personnel documents.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- Select Admin.
- Navigate to the Manage Agents page.
- Search for and click on the name of the user whose Personnel File you want to access.
- Once their account details open, click on the Documents tab.
- Click Upload Document.
- Select the document you want to upload and complete the upload process.
