New Pre-Contract Buyer Workflow

In addition to our new Create Transaction experience, we've also created a new workflow to manage pre-contract buyer files in SkySlope Suite. This will help ensure all users have the opportunity to remain compliant with the NAR settlement that went into effect this month.
