An office manager, admin or broker with the proper account permissions can deactivate another user in SkySlope. Follow the instructions below to deactivate a user.
Deactivate a User
- Click on your name in the upper right corner and then select Admin.
- After landing in the Admin section, you'll be on the Manage Checklists page. Navigate to Manage Agents.
- Use the search bar to search by the user's first or last name to locate the user's account. You can also use the Office and Status filters to filter your search results further.
- After locating the user, click on their name to open their account details.
- Click Deactivate User at the bottom of the page. You will not be asked to confirm. The page will reload and take you back to the Manage Agents page; the user is now deactivated.
Reactivate a User
- Follow steps 1 through 4 above.
- Click Activate User at the bottom of the page.
- You will not be asked to confirm. The page will reload and take you back to the Manage Agents page; the user is now activated.
