Assign a File Reviewer and Filter by File Reviewer

Similar to File Stages, the new ability to assign a File Reviewer is a helpful addition to any auditor's workflow! Individual auditors can now be assigned to any property file, and the auditor can use that assignment to filter and view only files assigned to them.
