This past year was a year of workflow refinement, ease of access and working smarter—not harder! Our SkySlope digital transaction management team worked diligently to deliver some top customer requests and thought up some brilliant time-saving features. Keep reading to see what we accomplished in 2023!
Auto Split & Assign 🪄
Our new Auto Split and Assign feature is here to help you take care of business faster. Simply upload your document packet, and this intuitive technology scans your documents, identifies form names and page breaks, and separates documents in seconds. All you have to do is click! Take a look at the video below to learn how to get started today. (Available in select states.)
Documents Tab - Select All Documents
One of our most highly requested features is that we've made managing documents easier than ever! Instead of painstakingly selecting documents one at a time, you can now check the top checkbox to select ALL of the documents on the Documents tab!
Need most documents, but not all of them? Check the box to select all, and then uncheck the few you don't need.
Drag to Reorder Checklist Items
This one is a huge win for admins everywhere! Prior to this release, admins had to manually enter the order numbers for every Checklist item. Our newest release made it 10 times easier and faster to update the order of Checklist items. You can now simply drag each item into the correct order!
Search in Personal Docs
Another win for productivity! This new feature will help you locate your documents faster than ever. Simply use the search bar to locate a document by name.
Search in Office Docs
An exciting new feature: you can now search to more easily locate documents within the Office Docs section of Working Docs! Use the search bar to search by keywords within a specific folder or across all Office Docs folders!
Found the document you need? Be sure you're taking the correct steps to fill it out (and avoid losing all of your work). 👀
Search in Office Inbox
Search all-around! In addition to Personal Docs and Office Docs, you can now search in the Office Inbox! The Office Inbox is specifically available for Admins and Brokers, but now it's infinitely easier to locate documents sent into the Office Inbox.
Remove a Contact from a Transaction
One of the most highly-requested features is now available! Users everywhere can now completely remove unneeded contacts from Transaction files. Simply click Delete to remove the contact!
Filter Checklist Items by Status
An exciting new feature is available for all SkySlope users! You can now filter Checklist items by status! This is incredibly helpful if you are an Agent checking to see which forms are required for your file or an Admin looking for documents needing review.
Folders on the Documents Tab
One of the most highly-requested features is now available in SkySlope! Agents and Admins can now better organize documents by creating custom folders. On the Documents tab, click Add Folder to name and create your custom folder. Once the folder is created, move the documents into their applicable folders!

Checklist Update Email: Shortcut to DigiSign
This exciting update makes it easier to ensure forms are fully executed on time. Before this release, Agents would need to take additional steps to move the documents into DigiSign. But now, when the Agent receives the Checklist Update email from the Admin, they can simply click Send in DigiSign to get the docs updated at lightning speed.
New Representation Types
We've expanded the list of representation types to select from when working on a Transaction file in SkySlope! The new options make it possible to select a representation type for any situation.
