Created just a few years ago in 2020, SkySlope Forms has rapidly grown to become a top real estate forms provider in the US. Our innovative features and seamless integration set us apart. Take a look below at some of the new features we've released over the past year.
Personal Clauses
Before this release, SkySlope Forms users could utilize clauses provided by their brokerage or by their forms library/association, but now all Forms users can create and manage their own clause library! Once you've created your clauses, you can easily plug and play with just a few clicks. Learn more about Personal Clauses.

Contact Management
As 2023 came to a close, we delivered one of the most highly-requested features to date: a way to save contacts!
With this major new feature, any time you enter details for a contact you haven't used before, they will automatically be saved in SkySlope Forms. If you begin typing that contact's name again in the future, you can pull from saved contacts to fill in their contact details even faster!

Browse Forms Outside of a File
This new feature makes forms more accessible! Now you can access all forms in your available libraries from the Browse Libraries tab, rather than having first to create a Forms file to access forms. Click here to learn more.
Signed Documents Tab
This new tab in SkySlope Forms allows users to access signed documents easier and faster! Rather than filtering through completed Envelopes and downloading an entire document packet, signed docs can now be accessed individually. On the Signed Docs tab, individual docs can be viewed, printed and downloaded.
But wait, there's more! Have a document that was signed outside of Forms? You can now upload those onto the Signed Docs page for easy storage and access.
Select All Documents
A win for Forms users everywhere! Now, instead of having to select documents one by one, you can easily click Select All to select all of the forms in your file in a flash! ⚡️
Need most documents, but not all of them? Check the box to select all, and then uncheck the few you don't need.
Share Docs via Email in Forms
You asked and we answered. Users can now quickly and easily send documents via email right from their Forms file! Just open your Forms file, and then navigate to either the Envelopes tab or the Signed Documents tab. From there, you just select your documents and share them via email!
Pass Signer Representative Names to Forms Envelopes
As many as 50% of real estate transactions are done with an entity, organization or LLC. To properly execute contracts, the organization must be listed on the contract, but the representative signing on behalf of the organization has to sign with their own name. With this update, SkySlope Forms will now list the organization on forms, but assign the representative's name to any coordinating signature and initial blocks!
Redesigned Forms Dashboard
Welcome to the new SkySlope Forms dashboard! Enjoy the new look and feel. Navigate Forms with either a list or grid view. Learn more.
New Markup Tools: Highlight and Redaction
When filling out forms, you can now access these helpful markup tools: Highlight and Redaction.

Rename Envelope
Thanks to this new feature, you can now rename an envelope in Forms, regardless of the envelope's status (draft, sent, or completed). Simply locate your Envelope and then navigate to the Actions Menu. From there, select Rename. In the new window, enter the new name for your Envelope and click Save.
