Multi-Stage Review : Managing Stages

With the new Multi-Stage Review, SkySlope is adding a new way for you to keep track of your property files and allow you to easily create and determine responsibilities for your Admins and Auditors. With Multi-Stage Review, you're given unlimited options to control and filter your property files based on custom "Stages," to best meet your office's needs!

How To Create and Manage Stages
 
We will provide each account with two default Stages: "Checked" and "UnChecked." As a Broker, you'll be able to customize these to meet your office's work flow if you wish to have these be something different.   
 
Within the Primary Broker account, click on your name in the Upper-Right hand corner of the page and then choose "Admin" from the drop down menu. 
Select "Manage Stages" from the blue bar at the top of the page. 
 
Not seeing the Manage Stages option? This will only be available within the SkySlope Broker account. We would recommend reaching out to your Primary Broker to make these changes. 
 
To Add New Stages
 
From the Manage Stages tab, Click "+ Create Stage".
 
Type in the name you would like to have for your new Stage, and click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window to lock that in. 
 
Done! You've now added a new Stage! 
 
To Edit Stages
 
From the Manage Stages tab, click on the Blue Pencil Icon next to the stage you would like to edit.
 
Then, type the updated Stage name in the pop-up window that appears, then click "Save" to lock that information in. 
 
All files will now show the updated Stage Name within their accounts. 
 
To Delete Stages
 
From the Manage Stages tab, locate the Stage you're looking to remove and click on the Red Trash Can Icon on the right hand side of the page.
The following confirmation screen will ask you to choose an alternate “Stage” where you would like the files within the Stage you are going to delete to go to. Once you have chosen an option, click "Delete" at the bottom of the pop up window.   
 
Your Stage has been removed, and all files with that stage have been re-assigned! 
 
Set Your Default Stage
 
This release will place all existing files, and any newly added files to the default-provided Stage, "Checked".
Not what you're looking for? Simply click on the "Default" radio button from within the Manage Stages tab, next to your preferred stage!
This will apply this Stage to all new property files that are entered into Skyslope. 
 
Re-Order Your Stages
 
You can re-arrange the Stages to reflect how you would like them to show up in the Filter View! 
 
Simply click on the Stage Name and drag and drop the item in your preferred order.
