DigiSign: Creating Templates

digisign_templates.png

What are DigiSign Templates? They are DigiSign Time-Savers! When you create a Template within DigiSign, it will remember where to place all of the Signature Blocks onto your document. For example, if you are repeatedly sending out the same Listing Agreement to various clients, the blocks are always in the same place; the only thing that's different is the address and the names. With Templates, all you have to do is upload your document, apply the Template, and fill in the names! Then all of the Blocks will be placed for you, saving you a lot of time!

The following tutorial demonstrates how to create DigiSign Templates. Some brokerages have already created & shared Templates with their agents. If you'd like to learn how to use those Templates already available to you, Click here

Please note: Creating and using DigiSign Templates may be a tad difficult for new users. We'd recommend taking a look at using DigiSign Templates once you're already familiar with the DigiSign process itself.

3. After clicking on Next, you'll be taken to the document tagging page. This is where you'll be able to place all of the signature, initial, and date blocks for the recipient roles that you added on the previous page.

Once you've completely set up the document(s), click on Save in the upper right corner to save your Template so that it's ready when you need it!
