If you've created a Listing file for your sellers, and then went under contract, but the deal fell through, there is an easy way to restore your Listing back to active to add the new sale. You would just need to cancel the Transaction, and in the process, you will be able to opt to reactivate the listing. Let's go over the process.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Navigate to your Transaction file. 
2. In the upper right, click on Transaction Actions.
3. Select Cancel Transaction.
4. In the pop-up window, you will need to complete two items:
   - Reason for cancellation (optional): Enter a comment explaining why the Transaction is canceled.
   - Reactivate Original Listing: If you want to reactivate the original Listing connected to this Transaction, you must select "Yes, Reactivate it for me."
5. Click Cancel Transaction to confirm.
6. A final pop-up message will confirm that the Listing has been reactivated.

That's all it takes! Your Transaction will now be Cancelled/Pending Approval until your admin approves the cancellation, and the reactivated Listing can be found under Manage Listings.
