If you have a Transaction file in SkySlope that fell through, you're going to want to separate it from your pending files by canceling. Keep reading to learn how to cancel your Transaction!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
There are two ways to cancel a Transaction file in SkySlope. You can do so from within a Transaction file, or from the Manage Transactions page.
- Cancel a Transaction from within a Transaction file (fastest!) ⚡️

Cancel a Transaction from within a Transaction File
- Use the search bar to navigate to the Transaction file.
- Click on Transaction Actions in the upper right corner.
- Select Cancel Transaction.
- In a pop-up window, you will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the Transaction. You can also leave a comment explaining why you canceled the Transaction. Enter a comment (optional), and then click on Submit.
- Your Transaction is Canceled.
Cancel a Transaction from the Manage Transactions Page
- Navigate to the Manage Transactions page.
- Use the search bar to locate the Transaction.
- Click on the Actions Menu icon for that Transaction.
- Select Cancel Transaction.
- In a pop-up window, you will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the Transaction. You can also leave a comment explaining why you canceled the Transaction. Enter a comment (optional), and then click on Submit.
- Your Transaction is Canceled.

That's all it takes! Your Transaction will now be Cancelled/Pending Approval until your admin approves the cancellation!
