If you have a Listing file that you've entered into SkySlope, but the Listing has expired or you're no longer working with your sellers, you're going to want to withdraw that Listing. Keep reading to learn how!
1. From the SkySlope home page, click on Manage Listings. Then locate the file you want to withdraw. If you have to, use the search bar to locate the file.
Once you've located your file, you will notice that the line turns blue when your cursor hovers over it. Now, locate the action icons on the right side of the page. The button you want to click to withdraw your Listing looks like a square with an arrow pointing to the right. Click on the arrow to withdraw your Listing.
2. After clicking on Withdraw Listing, you should see a pop-up asking you to leave a note about why you're withdrawing the file. Enter in a note (optional), and then click on Submit.
Not seeing the pop-up window? Your internet browser's pop-up blocker might be preventing you from seeing it. Feel free to reach out to Support and we can walk you through how to disable your pop-up blocker.
That's all it takes! Your Listing will now be Cancelled/Pending Approval until your admin approves the cancellation!
