If you have a Listing file that you've entered into SkySlope, but the Listing has expired or you're no longer working with your sellers, you're going to want to withdraw that Listing. Keep reading to learn how!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. From the SkySlope home page, click on Manage Listings. Then locate the file you want to withdraw. If you have to, use the search bar to locate the file.
Once you've located your file, you will notice that the line turns blue when your cursor hovers over it. Now, locate the action icons on the right side of the page. The button you want to click to withdraw your Listing looks like a circle with a diagonal line through it. Click on this to withdraw your Listing.
2. After clicking on Withdraw Listing, you should see a pop-up asking you to leave a note about why you're withdrawing the file. Enter in a note (optional), and then click on Submit.
SUPPORT TIP
That's all it takes! Your Listing will now be Cancelled/Pending Approval until your admin approves the cancellation!
