Update Agent Email to Include Checklist Comments

A small change with big impact! Update Agent Emails sent from both Listing and Transactions in SkySlope will now include any Comments that pertain to the Checklist item. This will make it much easier for Agents to quickly and easily execute on any necessary action items.
