DigiSign allows real estate agents to close deals quickly and securely. Whether you're working from your desktop or mobile device, you can go from blank to executed contracts in just a few clicks. Beginning soon, certain users will have the option to maintain access to one of the industry’s most reliable e-signature platform with a monthly or annual subscription plan.
Is there a fee for DigiSign?
DigiSign is an add-on benefit of SkySlope. Some add-ons may come with an additional fee. We recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager to determine which add-on benefits are included in your specific SkySlope plan.
Why are you starting to charge for DigiSign?
With the value of DigiSign being better than ever and the expanding list of features we will continue to build, we’ve decided to update our terms to include a subscription price for the use of DigiSign. We strongly feel this cost reflects the offerings and benefits of DigiSign.
How much will it cost?
The DigiSign subscription will include our full suite of features for just $35 per year. In comparison, Authentisign and DocuSign yearly rates start at $120 with their basic packages.
What if I don’t want to pay?
Without a DigiSign subscription, you will not be able to send your documents for signature within SkySlope. You will need to use another digital signature platform to have your documents signed electronically.
What happens if I do not sign up now?
To avoid potential disruption, we recommend users subscribe early. You will still be able to use DigiSign until such time that we disable the ability to send envelopes for any accounts not paying for the subscription. If you opt out of paying for the DigiSign subscription, your historical data will continue to be accessible regardless!
Can I still access previously signed documents?
You can still access your previously signed documents! To do so can view the Completed tab within the DigiSign area. If you’re using our Forms platform, you’ll still be able to access your completed envelopes within the Envelopes area of each Forms File.
Do you offer bulk pricing for my entire brokerage?
Yes! To learn more about rates for your entire brokerage, you can contact your Customer Success Manager! They will be able to provide additional information for a brokerage-wide DigiSign subscription plan.
Will I still be able to use SkySlope Forms?
You can still use SkySlope Forms for filling and preparing documents, however, a subscription to DigiSign will be required to send for signatures electronically. If you do not want to subscribe to DigiSign, but still want to use SkySlope Forms, filled documents can be downloaded to obtain wet signatures or to be uploaded to your preferred e-sign solution.
Will the subscription plans renew automatically?
Yes, both the monthly and annual subscription plans will renew automatically.
How do I manage my subscription?

I’m a TC with with an account for each brokerage that I service. Do I need to subscribe for each account?
Yes. Each individual SkySlope account is required to subscribe.
