Broker Stats

With this insightful new feature, brokers will now have the ability to view offers stats across their entire brokerage! This feature includes the ability to filter by office to view stats more granularly. It will give a holistic view of performance, including a display of the active listings for the brokerage/office and the number of offers for each listing. Stats will be accessible via a slide-out and an independent page.

Conditions Pick List

Users will now have the ability to select applicable conditions from a picklist when creating an offer or a counteroffer. If they do not see a particular condition that fits, they may add an “other” condition in the conditions/contingencies section and add any corresponding due dates.

Submit an Offer Written in Forms - Autofill Key Terms

Another huge time-saver! If you utilize SkySlope Offers and SkySlope Forms, you can now submit an offer even faster. Once your buyers sign, navigate to the Action Menu and click Submit Offer. This will take you right to the Submit an Offer screen, where many of your offer details will be auto-filled from your offer document!
