View Buyer Agent Activity
Listing agents will now be able to view a list of agents that have clicked the “Make an offer” link. We will record the agent's name, if they downloaded information, if they submitted an offer, how many times they visited and when they visited.
Personalized Submission Instructions (Seller Agent to Buyer Agent)
Seller agents will now have the ability to customize offer submission instructions, including specific requirements, preferred formats, and any other information! To add instructions, additional questions will be added to the Edit and Create Listing workflows. Buyer Agents can navigate to their account settings to set up personalized submission instructions that will apply to all listings. The Buyer Agent will then be able to see those instructions when submitting their offer.
Send a Personalized Message (Buyer Agent to Seller Agent)
Buyer’s Agents will now be able to send a personalized message to the Listing Agent when submitting an offer! Agents can use this opportunity to include additional contact information, provide the best times to contact the agent, or pass along any other important information! This inclusion makes the offer process more desirable for the Buyer’s Agent and will encourage continued use of SkySlope Offers.
New Standard Term: Credits at Closing
A new standard term will be added to the “Submit an Offer” workflow, allowing Buyer Agents to indicate any desired Credits at Closing. The new term will be visible to Seller Agents in all other views where Offer Terms are available.
Counter Offer: Option to Strikethrough
We are thrilled to announce the enhanced Seller Counter Offer feature, now including strikethrough capability! This update streamlines the workflow, delivering a powerful and revolutionary solution for agents. The strikethrough signing experience will expedite negotiations while we maintain a detailed record at every step.
Counter Offer: Send My Counter Doc from Forms
Get ready! SkySlope Offers is going to help elevate the negotiation game and has the potential to be exceptionally impactful. With this groundbreaking feature, agents can negotiate seamlessly within the platform. Hit the Counter button and effortlessly navigate to SkySlope Forms to fill in the details and send a Counter Offer document for signatures. When it's executed and time to share, easily email out of the platform to the Buyer Agent. Track every step of the process in the activity log, complete with date and timestamps.
Detailed View of Offers
Get ready for a game-changing feature, folks! Our newest addition to SkySlope Offers will let agents, admin, and brokers dive deep into the history of offer improvements and gives quick access to all the related documents. This means no wasting time hunting down docs or guessing at what changes were made to an offer. With just a few clicks, users have all the information they’ll need to make informed decisions and speed up transactions - giving them more time to celebrate their successes and less time monitoring for errors.
Brokerage Management: Add/Remove User from Brokerage
In the event a Standalone Broker/Admin would like to add people to their ‘Team’ in the Brokerage Management, page, they may now have the option to do so. The user will also be able to remove the user from their team. This is an important feature to our MLS customers, and we are happy to make it happen!
