This update focuses on enhancing the usability for Buyer Agents by providing clear instructions, and relevant property and agent information. These enhancements aim to streamline the offer submission process, increase engagement, build trust, and ensure a user-friendly experience from start to finish!
Alert Buyer Agent that the Listing Agent Viewed Their Offer
This new feature in SkySlope Offers is a game-changer! The Buyer Agent will now be notified when their offer has been viewed. This is a crucial addition as it helps to alleviate one of the biggest pain points for Buyer Agents - the lack of follow-up communication and confirmation once they've submitted an offer. With this new feature, Buyer Agents will have the peace of mind that their offer has been received and viewed, which will enable them to provide more accurate and timely updates to their clients. We're excited to roll this out and believe it will greatly benefit our users and help increase trust and confidence in the platform.
Ability to Cancel Offers
We're introducing the ability to add a "Cancelled" status to individual offers. This new status provides several benefits for agents and brokers, including the ability to track and report cancelled offers, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of data. It will help with compliance and legal requirements, and improve clarity for agents to easily identify cancelled offers so they can move on to other potential deals quickly!
