Cancel and Resend a Signing Envelope

Mistakes happen! Emails get lost. With these new actions, Offers envelopes are now even easier to manage. After sending an Offers envelope, you can now use the following actions:

- Resend Envelope: Send an email reminder to any envelope signers.

- Cancel Envelope: Cancel any in-progress envelope to prevent further signing.

Add Email Attachment 

In order to help agents streamline their process and save time, you can now attach documents directly from within the Share with Seller workflow. You can easily attach relevant documents, such as contracts, disclosures or addenda, to the email without having to switch between multiple applications to do so, making Offers more convenient and efficient.

Filter Log Activity

Activity logs can quickly accumulate a large amount of data. Our new filter enhancement will allow users to sort through and retrieve specific information, saving time in searching through a long list of entries. Users will be able to quickly locate relevant events, or actions, making the log more practical and user-friendly. Users will be able to narrow down to specific events, making it easier to isolate activities while helping to diagnose problems or gain insights, which can be useful for auditing, or performance analysis - for Agents, Brokers and Admin alike!

Filter by Agent

We’ve added a Filter by Agent tool that will make it easy for Brokers, Agents, and TCs to easily access files belonging to individual agents. Collaborators can easily filter by Listing Agent, as well as search for a specific agent(s), making it a more seamless experience for those operating within larger brokerages.
