Documents Tab - Select All Documents
One of our most highly-requested features, we've made managing documents easier than ever! Instead of painstakingly selecting documents one at a time, you can now check the top checkbox to select ALL of the documents on the Documents tab!
Need most documents, but not all of them? Check the box to select all, and then uncheck the few you don't need.
Download Docs for Canceled Files
Previously only available for Archives files, you can now use the one-click download tool for canceled Listing and Transaction files! Navigate to Canceled Contracts, where you can access the download tool. Locate your file, and then select Checklist Documents or All Documents from the drop-down menu to start the download.
Checklist - Attached Doc Timestamp
We've made it easier to tell when documents were assigned to the Checklist. Prior to this release, a user would need to navigate to the Log tab and scroll through the data to find the line item showing when that particular document was attached. With this new update, you can easily tell right from the Checklist!
Note: The timestamp is only available when there are multiple documents attached to a single Checklist item.
New Create Transaction Experience
Our SkySlope team has been working hard to deliver a brand new Create Transaction experience! The new workflow is more streamlined, less data-heavy, and easier on the eyes.
