Actions Menu Updated to "More"

Our DigiSign team has updated the Actions Menu (previously just ellipses "...") to read "More...", making the purpose of the menu clearer to our users!

"Resend Envelope" Updated to "Send Reminder"

To increase clarity, our DigiSign team has renamed the Resend Envelope function. If you've sent an envelope to your client, and they still need to complete their portion, you can now navigate to the More menu and select Send Reminder. This will allow you to email them a new invitation to sign the envelope.

Floating Menu Additions

A few weeks ago, we added a Floating Menu on the document tagging page, making it easier to assign blocks and reducing necessary mouse travel. Now, we are adding more options to the floating menu in DigiSign! The caret arrow can expand the floating menu and access the Copy, Paste, Delete, Read-Only, and Optional block properties. 

Easily Add CC Recipients to an Envelope

On the Recipients & Signing Order page, you can easily move a recipient from Needs to Sign to Receives a Copy with just one click! Previously, you had to navigate to the recipient's details, proceed to edit the recipient, and then use the drop-down menu to change their action. Now, you can simply drag them from one section to the next!

Addition of Initials & Full Name Blocks on Mobile

This one is for users on the go! Users accessing Forms and DigiSign on mobile can now place Initial and Full Name blocks onto documents, in addition to previously available Signature, Date, and Time.
