Improved Error Messages
With additional feedback from our users, SkySlope will now include a more detailed error message whenever a user encounters a specific error while navigating the site.
Clarity Added to the Audit Log of Transaction Files
The Audit Log for Transaction files will now include more detailed information! It will now show exactly who took what action, what it was changed to, and what the item was changed from. Here are all the actions we have adjusted the Log entry for:
- Record Transaction Tab fields upon file creationandupdates
- Contacts addedandupdates
- Commission added upon file creation (previously only recorded office gross commission amount)
- Additional Commission Information Comments are now visible in the log (previously stated to refer to the Commission Tab)
- When a Co-agent is assignedand unassigned from a file
- Agents assigned to Transaction files created on their behalf
- Improved verbiage for Cancel Transaction & Reactivate Listing
- Improved verbiage for Cancel Transaction & when Listing is NOT reactivated
Office Manager Role
The new Office Manager role fills the gap between Limited TC and Admin accounts. Office Managers can automatically access all files, without also having the compliance features of approving and rejecting documents.
