Correct an In-Progress Envelope
In the past, users had to cancel an envelope and fully resend it from scratch in order to correct any mistakes. Now, they have the option to correct an envelope that is unsigned or partially signed from the Sent page in Forms.Note: Users who need to make corrections on the Forms themselves will still need to restart their envelope and resend it.
Filtering Listings by Region
Users searching for a particular MLS listing in Forms will now be offered a selection of properties based on the region(s) they have saved in their User Profile. Transaction Coordinators working on behalf of Agents will only be shown listings based on the Agent's selected region(s).
Forms users, as well as signers, will now be able to see any checkboxes that have been marked on their documents more clearly. Now when documents are signed, downloaded, or printed, the checkbox icon has been updated for higher visibility.
Searching on Forms Dashboard
SkySlope Forms users now have access to a search bar to be able to search for specific files more efficiently! They can search by any specific search criteria (buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, or property address) and they will receive a filtered page of results. This feature also looks through Archived files.
In addition to the Dashboard Search, users are now also able to filter by file type to find a specific file they are looking for. This can also be used with the Search feature for even narrower search results!
Print on Envelopes Tab & Form Filling Pages
With this new update, users will now be able to print their Completed, In Progress, and Sent Envelopes directly from the Envelopes tab of a Forms file. Previously, users needed to download the Envelope and then print it from their computer after downloading. In addition to now being able to print from the Envelopes tab, users can now also print directly from the Forms Bulk Fill Page when filling out forms. Previously, users needed to download the forms and then print them from their computer after downloading.
Our newest feature available in SkySlope Forms allows users to utilize auto-add addenda to make text overflow a streamlined experience. Now, on compatible forms, when the text you've entered exceeds the character limit, a coordinating addendum will automatically be added to your form, and bring all of the extra text with it! Rather than being prompted to shorten the clause, or copy the text, manually add an addendum, and then paste your text, an addendum will be added immediately following the forms where you've exceeded the text limit.
