VISUAL GUIDE
Access Envelopes
- From the Transactions list, tap to open the desired Transaction.
- After opening your Transaction, tap on the Envelopes tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Here, you will see a list of all the Forms envelopes in that transaction. You will be able to see the envelope's name and its current status, such as Sent, Draft, or Complete.
Check Envelope Status
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Here, you will see all of your envelopes for that transaction. You can quickly locate an envelope by its name. After you've located the envelope, you can see the envelope's status (Draft, Sent, In-Progress, Complete, or Canceled).
Resend Envelope
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Locate the envelope, and then tap on the Actions Menu on the right.
- Tap Resend Envelope.
- In the window that opens, you can tap the pencil icon to edit the signer's email address. Or tap Send Reminder to email them a new invitation to sign.
Correct Envelope
NOTE: Correcting an in-progress Forms envelope only allows you to make changes to the signature, initial, date (etc.) blocks that are added onto the form. If you need to make a change to the form content itself - such as adding, editing or removing text, adding a form, or removing a form - you will not be able to do that by correcting an envelope.
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Locate the envelope, and then tap on the Actions Menu on the right.
- Select Correct Envelope.
Are you sure? At this point, you will be notified that correcting an envelope requires any completed signers to sign again, and that they will not be able to access the envelope to complete signing until you have completed the correction process and resent the envelope.
If you would like to proceed, tap Correct Envelope. - Now you will be taken back to the block placement page where you can prepare your forms for signature. At this point, you can make any necessary changes, such as:
- Change a block's placement.
- Change the signer assigned to a block.
- Add a block.
- Remove a block.
- Add a recipient.
- Remove a recipient. - After you've completed the necessary changes, click Send.
- Finally, you may edit the email's subject line and message, before clicking Send for Signature.
- After the envelope has been resent, your recipients will receive a new invitation to sign the envelope.
Cancel Sent Envelope
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Locate the envelope, and then tap on the Actions Menu on the right.
- Select Cancel Signing.
Cancel envelope signing? Select Cancel (red) to continue. This cannot be undone.
View Envelope History
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Locate the envelope, and then tap on the Actions Menu on the right.
- Tap View History.
Edit a Draft Envelope
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Locate the envelope, and then tap on the Actions Menu on the right.
- Tap Edit.
- You will now be taken to the page where you can prepare your envelope.
Delete a Draft Envelope
- Open the transaction, and navigate to the Envelopes tab.
- Locate the envelope, and then tap on the Actions Menu on the right.
- Tap Remove.
