After you've created your transaction on the SkySlope Forms Mobile App, you're ready to add your forms! Follow along with the guide below to quickly and easily add forms into your transaction.
SkySlope Forms is available for iPhone in the iOS App Store, and for Android in the Google Play store.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. From the Transactions list, tap to open the desired Transaction.
2. Once the Transaction is open, tap the blue + icon at the bottom. Then select your method for adding your forms:
- Add Forms: Allows you to search, preview, select, and add forms from the available Forms Libraries in your account.
- Upload Documents: Allows you to upload forms as PDFs from your device.
- Apply Template: Allows you to preview and select a Forms Template, which automatically adds all of the forms within the selected Template.

ADD FORMS
3. After selecting Add Forms, you will see the Add Forms page.
4. To find the forms you need, tap the filter icon in the upper-right to filter by library, or use the search bar to search for forms using key words.
5. Once you have singled-out the form, you can tap on the eye icon to preview the form before selecting it. To select the form, tap on the form name.
6. Proceed to search and select all of the forms you need.
7. Tap Add Forms.
UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
3. After selecting Upload Documents, you will be prompted to select files that are available on your device.
4. Tap on the file to select the file.
5. Proceed to select all of the files you need.
6. Tap Open.
7. Your file(s) will upload, and then you can tap Done.
APPLY TEMPLATE
3. After selecting Apply Template, you will be able to view your list of available Forms Templates. You can use Search to filter by key words.
4. Tap the eye icon to preview the list of forms available in that Template, or tap on the Template name to select the Template.
5. Tap Apply.
6. After the Template is applied, all of the forms from that Template will be automatically added into your file, and will prefill with information available from the File Details page.
After you've added all of the necessary forms, you're ready to start filling them, and preparing them for signature!
