What is changing and when?
Access to the legacy DigiSign is being retired for users with the new DigiSign experience enabled. Notifications will be sent to impacted users via email and in-app. Please reference these notifications for specific timing or contact SkySlope Support.
Why is my access to legacy DigiSign being removed?
Legacy DigiSign is no longer being supported and is retiring. We are dedicated to the ongoing development and improvement of the new DigiSign. In order to finalize the migration of data to the new DigiSign, any legacy DigiSign envelopes in a sent or correcting status must be transitioned to a canceled or completed status.
How will I be impacted by this?
Any envelopes that were created in legacy DigiSign that have not been completed, specifically those in a sent or correcting status, will be automatically canceled. Once canceled, those envelopes and all of their history will be migrated and accessible in the new DigiSign. Any pending signers will not be able to sign the envelope.
Will I still be able to access my legacy DigiSign envelopes?
Yes. Most of your envelopes are already available in the new DigiSign. Once the remaining legacy DigiSign envelopes have been completed or canceled, they will also be accessible in the new DigiSign.
Will my signers still have access to the documents they signed using legacy DigiSign?
Yes. Access to signed documents will remain available for signers using the link they received in their email when the document was initially signed.
What actions do I need to take before my access is removed?
Most users will not need to do anything. If you have legacy DigiSign envelopes in a sent or correcting status AND you want to ensure that they are fully executed before this action takes place; all remaining signers of impacted envelopes will need to complete signing before DigiSign is retired. We recommend resending the envelope to any remaining unsigned recipients.
How can I access legacy DigiSign to perform the needed actions?
When you log in to the new DigiSign, you will see a link for In-Progress Legacy Envelopes. Click the link to be redirected to legacy DigiSign to take any necessary actions.
How do I resend an envelope in legacy DigiSign?
1. Click on the In-Progress Legacy Envelope link to get back into the legacy version of DigiSign.
2. Click the wrench icon next to the envelope you need to resend.
3. Click the Resend button next to the desired recipient.
How can I cancel an envelope I no longer need in legacy DigiSign?
1. Click on the In-Progress Legacy Envelope link to get back into the legacy version of DigiSign.
2. Click the X icon next to the envelope you wish to cancel.
3. Click Void Envelope to confirm.
