Linking DigiSign Mobile and zipForm® Plus Accounts

Having trouble linking your zipForm® Plus account with the DigiSign Mobile App? You’ll need to locate your zipForm username and password.

 

Step 1 - Retrieve your zipForm Username

 

Request email containing zipForm® Plus username

Navigate to zipformplus.com > Click on Forgot Username > Enter the email address associated with your account > You will receive a link via email; go to your inbox, and locate the email from zipForm. This email will tell you what your username is > Make note of your username



Step 2 - Reset Your zipForm® Plus Password

Navigate to zipformplus.com > Click on Forgot Password > Enter the username associated with your account > You will receive a link via email; go to your Inbox and click on the link to reset your password > Make note of your new password



Step 3 - Integrate Your Accounts

Return to DigiSign Mobile App to enter your zipForm® Plus username and password retrieved in the previous steps to link accounts.
